Rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month with a 4-day grace period. Late fees apply on the 6th day of the month.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You must provide proof of $100,000 liability coverage or we will automatically enroll you in our $15/month plan.
You must provide 60 days written notice before the end of your lease term. Please include your forwarding address in the notice.
Pets are allowed with written approval from SNSHN. Monthly pet fees are $25 for cats and $50 for dogs, plus a $250 additional security deposit.
